I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience treating addictions, anxiety, obsessive thinking, depression, communication/ relationship issues, and life phase struggles. As a counselor, I am privileged to be able to share in my clients' journeys and to help them overcome difficulties.

I believe in the importance of identifying problematic thinking/ behaviors, building awareness, and developing successful behaviors that bring sustainable change. Mental health issues and addiction affect everything in a person's life: relationships, mind, body, and soul. If you are open to self-exploration you can find answers with help.

My education has a strong foundation in classical philosophy and literature. As a married father of four children, I incorporate my life experience into my work with couples, parenting, and adolescence. I also have personal experience with disabilities that affords insight into overcoming the challenges that come with those hardships.
